Job Title: Warehouse Worker (OVERNIGHT)

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Work Environment: On-site

Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay Rate: $21.60/hr

Job Overview:

A large distribution facility is seeking dedicated warehouse workers to join their repack department. This team plays a vital role in preparing parts for shipment to clients across multiple states. The facility operates with a strong team-oriented culture and values reliability and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Unpack bulk items and repackage them into smaller, client-ready boxes

Label and palletize boxes for shipment

Maintain a stationary position while performing repetitive tasks

Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals

Adhere to strict attendance policies

Be flexible with overtime (start an hour early or stay an hour late as needed)

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (including entry-level roles at companies like Amazon or FedEx)

Proficiency with RF scan guns/scanners

Ability to lift 20-30 lbs

Preferred Skills:

General warehouse operations experience

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Dress Code:

Steel-toe shoes

Jeans without holes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $21.60/hr.
