?? Shifts: First (7am-3:30pm), Second (3pm-11:30pm), Third (11pm-7:30am, Sun-Thur)

Are you ready to start a hands-on career in manufacturing with a company that values growth, teamwork, and innovation? Join our team as a Manual Assembler and help build custom control panels and electronic products in a clean, modern facility.

What You'll Do:

Assemble electronic parts and components by hand across multiple workstations

Read and follow blueprints to build custom control panels

Operate machines like CMS Plotter, EZ Label, and PLS Web Printer

Package finished products and perform final assembly tasks

Record production data and complete quality documentation

Support other production areas and assist with miscellaneous tasks

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

What We're Looking For:

Interest in electronics or mechanical assembly (experience is a plus!)

Ability to read blueprints (preferred but not required)

Basic math and computer skills

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or GED not required

Technical school or electronics education is a bonus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
