Note: Relocation assistance is not provided.

The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND .

Your Responsibilities

As a Part Time Student for Financial Reporting located in Moline , IL, you will:

Assist in the preparation of various reports & identify opportunities for process efficiencies

Assist in increasing the utilization of data and analytics tools as part of management reporting and analyses

Support monthly closing responsibilities for management reporting

What Skills You Need

Available to work during the academic year 15-20 hours/weekly (flexible to accommodate class schedule)

Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly

Must be able to commute to a John Deere facility as needed

Foundational Microsoft Office knowledge including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics; others may apply

Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. local accredited college/university

Graduation date of December 2026 or later

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Data mining or analytics experience

Experience with data visualization software (Power BI, etc.)
