Our Dallas, TX office is looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant who embodies this purpose. In this role, you'll be focused on ensuring accuracy and consistency in project setup, contract management, and financial tracking - playing a key role in the operational success of each project.

What You'll Do:

As a Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will:

Be a part of an organized and energetic team, ensuring proejcts run smoothly from setup to closeout

Be the driving force behind contract entry, budget tracking, and accurate data management in VantagePoint to keep operations running smoothly.

Serve as the go-to resource for project managers, supporting contract management, financial coordination, and project organization.

Grow your expertise in project operations within a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values your initiative and attention to detail.

What You'll Need:

The ability to learn quickly, a self-starter mentality, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic

High School Diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelor's degree a plus

Experience with Excel

Background in Accounts Receivable/Account Payable is a plus

A passion for providing an outstanding client and team experience

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company

Previous experience supporting an individual, a team or project work
