What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a hotel and resort environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a secure environment.
Observe and report any unusual conditions or activities to the appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.
Assist with emergency response activities as required, supporting the well-being of all individuals on the property.
Maintain a visible presence and offer guidance or assistance to guests, visitors, and staff as needed.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
