As the TINA Supply Chain Focal, you'll serve as a key connector between Supply Chain, Contracts, Program Management, and our customer proposal teams-ensuring all Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and FAR Part 15 requirements are met with precision and transparency. You'll coordinate complex proposal activities, analyze vendor quotes for compliance, and drive effective bidding strategies that strengthen Collins Aerospace's competitive edge in the government contracting space.

What You Will Do:
Coordinate proposal activities with purchasing, subcontracts, program office, customer contracts, and compliance to ensure all Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) requirements are satisfied before proposal submittal to the customer
Communicate proposal change information with supply chain team members (Cost Analysts, Buyers, Subcontracts, and Strategic Sourcing)
Develop procurement bidding strategy for customer proposals.
Analyze vendor quotes upon receipt to ensure compliance with Collins and United States Government (USG) regulations
Continuously requests data from supply chain team to ensure disclosure of data to program team
Lead a cross functional discussion and provide recommendations on necessary actions to achieve TINA compliance
Provide recommendations to supply chain in support of commercial item determinations
Support customer proposal follow up actions to include audit and negotiations
Completion of TINA checklist on behalf of supply chain for Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 15 customer proposals
Education / Experience Needed:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Previous experience working with U.S. Government contracts

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
