As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, all while acting with integrity and putting people first. This position is ideal for professionals with at least one year of security-related experience who are motivated to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial business premises and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents in a timely manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and emergency responders when needed to address incidents and/or emergencies.

Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries and directions as part of customer service at the location.

Maintain awareness of surroundings and report maintenance hazards encountered during patrols to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
