MUST HAVE:
8-10 Years' experience as an IT Project Manager within the Financial Industry - a MUST!
Past experience managing projects in digital channel/online banking space is required
Experience managing and responsible for budgets up to 2 Million (6-12 Month Project Durations)
Strong experience in risk management
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Proven experience working with high-level stakeholders and ability to present to executive teams
Ability to work independently and manage one's time and a self starter
Proficiency using business software tools, such as MS Office Suite, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.
Experience managing projects using Agile Project Management methodologies
Excellent Relationship management skills
Job Description
The main function of the Customer Platform project manager is to plan, manage and deliver distinct projects through all specific phases, in alignment with business and/or enterprise strategies. The Project Manager provides leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with business, technology and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB), as well as across Technology platforms, to deliver new capabilities and features to the environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Manages projects with moderate regulatory oversight, with management direction / executive oversight provided as necessary
Typically leads the end-to-end delivery of projects, including release planning, ranging from $500K to $10Million with varying complexity profiles
May indirectly manage a cross-LoB Project team consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology Resources where applicable to the project
May manage a number of small projects at any given time, and time horizon of projects generally range from short to medium term
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities; drives estimation, planning, delivery strategy, execution, technical partner interaction, dependency management, environment planning/support, and scrum team escalations
Ensures all project dependencies, risks and issues are identified and managed effectively ensuring each process step of the project is examined to determine the correct approach based on the demand of the situation.
Executes project management deliverables within budget working with staff and business and technology partners to develop content of those deliverables. Controls change to project scope.
Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders.
May coordinate / facilitate review of proposals / contracts to facilitate recommendation;
Manages project financials; Completes Clarity updates, status reporting including technology financial forecasts for accruals, review accruals vs invoices, forecasts, capitalization, and variance reporting within finance cutoffs.
Prepares project documentation, publishes to stakeholders and project team.
End to end accountability (Business and Technology Deliverables)
Monitor risk, manage project financials, working with stakeholders and tech partners to define requirements/develop/test and promote to production

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
