Salary Range: $96,000 to $145,000

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Field Service Coordinator to support the Field Services Team in delivering efficient and reliable technology solutions for construction sites. This role involves gathering and organizing ISP data and installation, asset tracking, site coordination and IT technology estimation information for project life cycle. The Field Service Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication between internal teams, vendors, and field staff to ensure projects run smoothly and achieve established milestones.
Estimate Coordination
Review job site specifications to determine IT requirements and provide quantities and pricing
Maintain well-organized and precise records of quotations, historical pricing data, and vendor contact information.
Evaluate vendor estimates and trends against historical data to identify price and service opportunities.
Coordinate IT pre-bid walkthroughs or meetings when required with Field Operations Managers and Estimating Team.
Asset Order Coordination
Track and follow up on all technology asset orders to ensure on time delivery to job sites.
Submit orders to the Asset Management Team and confirm asset availability, shipping status, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with Field Service Technicians to confirm delivery, receipt, setup, and functionality of assets
Maintain accurate onsite asset inventory and ensure timely recovery or return of equipment in alignment with project and ramp-down schedules.
ISP Setup and Vendor Coordination
Work with vendors to identify the best options for job site internet service.
Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) set up and installation to establish connectivity for new and existing construction sites.
Schedule and confirm ISP installation and connectivity at job site.
Maintain a database of ISP accounts, installation details, service agreements, and renewal dates.
Work with Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate to providers when required.
Communication and Documentation
Communicate with Field Services, Asset Management, vendors, and site teams to ensure all job site IT needs are being met.
Serve as the primary coordinator for the Field Operations calendar, ensuring all meetings, site visits, and project deadlines are accurately scheduled and maintained as directed by Field Operations managers.
Monitor upcoming events and deadlines, providing reminders, updates and reporting issues to the Field Operations Managers and relevant team members.
Process Improvement Support
Identify potential logistical delays early and proactively recommend solutions to maintain project timelines.
Monitor processes and workflows to identify opportunities to streamline asset ordering, ISP coordination, and technician scheduling.
Support the creation and upkeep of standard operating procedures for field service coordination.
Knowledge: Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Job Complexity: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Supervision: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
ABOUT YOU
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with scheduling tools, asset tracking systems, and vendor management processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Licensure/Certifications: n/a
Experience: 2+ years' experience in field coordination, project coordination, operations support, or a related role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the construction or technology deployment industries.
Familiarity with ISP installation processes, network connectivity basics, and mobility asset deployment.
Proficiency in project management or scheduling software.
