Description We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Carlstadt, New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will provide exceptional support to ensure smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and excellent customer interactions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in administrative tasks and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely placement.

Coordinate and create shipments to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.

Generate invoices for completed orders and ensure proper documentation.

Scan and organize documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.

Provide general administrative support to assist in daily office operations.

Respond to inbound customer inquiries, delivering prompt and attentive service.

Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Utilize Salesforce or similar software to manage customer data and track interactions. Requirements - Proven experience in order entry and processing within a customer service environment.

Familiarity with invoicing and shipment coordination processes.

Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Ability to scan, organize, and manage documents with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling customer inquiries.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
