OSP Construction Manager

Job Description

Manage daily field operations including drill counts, footage tracking, and crew oversight.

Attend pre-construction meetings and liaise with local inspectors.

Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety protocols.

Report daily metrics and progress to internal stakeholders.

Support remote PMs with on-the-ground insights and updates.

Additional Qualifications

Field experience in fiber optic or utility construction.

Strong Excel skills and basic proficiency in Word and other office tools.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple teams.

Comfortable working outdoors and traveling locally as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
