Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE

Position Summary: The Warehouse Associate assists with the various duties involved with warehouse operations. These duties may include, but are not limited to, material handling, packaging, shipping, receiving, inventory counts, maintenance and cleaning. Must be able to work at a quick pace to unload shipments received and meet outgoing shipping deadlines. May also assist with delivering parts to our Field Service Personnel. Job Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.

1+ years of previous warehouse experience is required.

Maintain a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to company guidelines.

Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

General knowledge of office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, computers, etc.

Demonstrated clerical skills.

Able to speak, write, and read the English language.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Comply with all safety work procedures.

Prepare inventory and orders for shipping following all safety, legal, and handling procedures of goods.

Keep accurate records of all goods shipped and received. Input inventory records into computer to maintain organized data base and records archive.

Efficiently follow orders from the Branch Manager.

Inspect received goods, making note of any damages and discrepancies, and immediately report the same.

Maintain the proper labeling, tagging, storage, and packaging of materials.

Coordinate with shipping vendors for timely shipping and receiving of goods.

Maintain professional behavior and proper communication with internal and external contacts, including company employees, managers, and outside vendors.

Count, sort and replenish warehouse supplies as needed.

Other Job Functions:

Effectively manage time and follow directions.

Successfully complete requested training classes and maintain all necessary safety certificates.

Assist with inventory counts.

Keep work area clean, organized, and hazard free.

Operate forklift

Checks and responds to all company communications on all scheduled workdays, including voice mail, emails, and text messages. Makes sure that old voice mails are cleared regularly so that the mailbox does not get full.

Complies with all applicable Company safety requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Conditions:

Able to sit and work at computer keyboard for extended period.

Able to stand for long periods and endure a lot of physical stamina due to loading and unloading work.

Able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 60 pounds.

Able to perform general office administrative activities of copying, filing, faxing, and using the telephone.

Able to climb stairs, work at heights.

Maintain regular and on-time attendance. Position is 40 hours per week but may exceed 40 hours per week.
