We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aWarehouse Associateto join a leading Company located in theRosedale, MDsurrounding area.

Pay Rate: $18

This role is essential in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of materials. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment and be proficient in operating standard warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities :

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers, to load, unload, and transport materials.

Handle, store, and organize materials safely and efficiently.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labelin g.

Maintain inventory records and conduct routine cycle counts.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse procedures.

Work with heavy materials, lifting up to 50lbs as required.

Assist in general warehouse housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Support additional warehouse tasks as needed, including occasional weekend work or overtime.

Basic Hiring Criteria :

Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse setting.

Experience operating forklifts and cherry pickers (certification preferred).

Ability to work extended periods handling heavy materials.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
