Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Canton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations, including handling customer inquiries, managing clerical tasks, and delivering excellent service. This is a fully onsite position with varying hours during the holiday season.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.

Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

Perform light data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.

Handle clerical duties, including filing, copying, and scanning documents.

Assist with retrieving and delivering items from designated locations as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure office tasks are completed efficiently.

Maintain an organized and meticulous office environment.

Provide general support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Requirements

Proven experience in administrative or office assistant roles.

-Need someone with a reliable car to travel to pick up gifts in the morning some weeks-1-2 times a week

-Need someone with little to no time off from 11/10-12/29

Strong skills in answering inbound calls and providing customer support.

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Ability to handle multiple clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
