Summary

Join our dynamic team supporting the U.S. Navy's innovation efforts through the ANTX-Coastal Trident Program! Mission Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Administrative Assistant to help coordinate advanced technology demonstrations and support operational excellence alongside our government partners. This position will be located at NSWC-Port Hueneme, California

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the ANTX-Coastal Trident team Support planning and logistics for multi-state technology events and field exercises Facilitate communication between government and industry stakeholders Collect, track, and analyze data from testing and demonstrations Prepare reports and documentation to support program goals Coordinate intern onboarding, training, and mentorship Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and conferences Manage equipment tracking and vendor coordination Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations All other administrative duties as assigned

What You Must Have

High School Diploma or equivalent and 0 years of experience Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within a fast-paced office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and dependable Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Requirements

Experience in office management or supporting large teams Familiarity with Department of Defense operations Creative problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
