Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? Join our team at Courtyard Marriott as a Front Desk Agent and be the first point of contact for our valued guests. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual who excels in customer service and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and handle reservations with accuracy.

Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to guests by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a memorable stay. Respond to inquiries and special requests promptly.

Front Desk Operations: Manage guest accounts, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions securely. Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Communicate effectively with guests and team members to address and resolve any concerns.

Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism and tact. Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate department or management.

Safety and Security: Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.

Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
