Parts Coordinator / Forklift Operator - First Shift ($16/hr to start, $20/hr Full-Time)

Are you forklift certified and looking for a first-shift opportunity in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly? Join our team as a Parts Coordinator / Forklift Operator and play a vital role in supporting production operations and inventory management.

Compensation & Schedule:

Starting pay: $16 per hour

$20 per hour after conversion to full-time with our customer (typically after 90 days)

First Shift

Job Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move raw materials, components, and finished products to and from the production line.

Inventory Management: Organize, monitor, and replenish supplies for production to ensure efficient workflow.

Warehouse Organization: Keep work areas clean and organized; manage proper storage of parts and supplies.

Quality Control: Inspect materials for quality, damage, or defects to support high production standards.

Communication: Work closely with supervisors, production teams, and other warehouse personnel to resolve shortages and maintain smooth operations.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies, wear appropriate PPE, and report hazards or equipment issues.

Production Support: May rotate into Production Operator/Assembly roles, with responsibilities including assembly line tasks, machine and tool operation, product inspection, packing, and meeting production targets.

Qualifications:

Valid Forklift Certification (Required)

Able to lift up to 50 lbs independently

Warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong teamwork, communication, and organization skills

Manual dexterity and attention to detail

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Familiarity with safety and quality procedures

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
