What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry to help to deter unauthorized access.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following protocols established for manufacturing and industrial environments.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns and identify any unusual activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities, including evacuations and lockdowns, according to site-specific procedures.
Work collaboratively with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure and orderly environment at the location.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
