Job Description/Requirements.

As a Store Manager/Manager in Training (MIT) at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers . You'll play a key leadership role in the store and contribute to driving sales and managing daily operations of a multi-million-dollar retail business . You'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. We are looking for someone with a passion for leading a team and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers .

What You'll Do

Develop lasting customer relationships by understanding customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs

Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process

Mana ge a cash drawer; process customer payments a nd maintain daily cash reconciliation

Direct the workflow in the s hop, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

Follow store o pen ing and clos ing processes and manage day to day paperwork

I nterview and onboard store employees and writ e work schedule

C oach and develop employees to achieve store and personal goals and foster a positive work environment

Oversee i nventory management processe s

Ensure the facility is well-maintained

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications :

18 years old

Valid driver's license

3+ years of leadership experience in a retail and/or auto motive service environment

Customer-first mindset and ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods , bend and lift up to 75 pounds

Work Environment

This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store . Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime . Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
