Job Description:
GDIT is seeking a Regional Manager in support of the Justified contract and the Contractor Program Management Office's (CPMO) operations. At this level, the candidate is typically responsible for managing the successful completion of all tasks in the assigned program area with annual revenues of $10M and above, manages both exempt and non-exempt employees, and manages one or more subordinate managers.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned region
Supports the Justified CPMO to successfully manage the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract
Actively assists the PM with day-to-day management, risk identification and mitigation, resolves issues, develops innovations, and provides expertise for protection of critical elements of security services
Directs workforce development and leads employee engagement at a regional level through application of cyber/work related training, and educational growth
Directs alignment of ongoing personnel training to comply with DoD 8570/8140 Directives and other work role certification and contract mandated training requirements
Ensures the implementation of decisions and actions resulting from customer feedback by participating in reviews, audits, and site visits
Performs a variety of program management activities including personnel management and accountability; requests, monitors, and reports travel, labor hours, costs, and ODCs; monitors and controls billing and invoicing
Monitors development and provides input for contract deliverables
Oversees Quality and Risk Management for region
Attends meetings and briefs all levels of personnel, both in the government and senior civilian services, on important security services related topics
Provides expert recommendations to the Program Manager for programmatic requirements and ensures compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures
Consistently displays comprehensive knowledge of all program support requirements
Manages assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate mangers/leads, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluations (i.e. formal performance evaluation, compensation management, disciplinary actions and employee recognition)
Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
Participates in special projects as required
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of related work experience
Proven understanding of Cost Plus and Incentive Fee, multiple lines of accounting structured contracts
Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high-quality environment
Expert written and verbal communication skills along with expert customer service
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively including attention to detail
Expertise using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Special Access Program's (SAP) is highly preferred
Experience with Department of the Air Force security services policies, standards, and methods is highly preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. PMP must be earned within 12 months of hire
Strong understanding of Corporate Cost Centers
Experience with OCONUS support requirements:
Import/Export (ITAR/EXIM) compliance experience
Experience with International Assignments; including SOFA, TESA, eCOPS, DoDDS, IALs, and DoS OCONUS uplifts
Security Clearance:
Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Eligibility for access to Special Access Program information
Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph

The likely salary range for this position is $161,158 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
