As a Security Professional - Armed Government Patrols Full-Time in Manson, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.

As a Patrol Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations to help to deter security-related incidents and create a secure environment. This position requires both armed and driving responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining order while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Thur05:45 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri05:45 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat05:45 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor for any suspicious behavior and report observations according to post orders.

Control access to restricted areas and verify credentials for entry where required.

Maintain accurate records and logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities.

Work collaboratively with other security personnel and law enforcement when necessary.

Remain alert and ready to respond to emergencies or alarms as outlined in site-specific protocols.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
