Warehouse Driver - Louisville, KY
Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Driver to join our team. In this role, you will operate a box truck to deliver merchandise to customers promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for preparing and pulling products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfilling customer orders.
Responsibilities:
Drive a box truck to deliver merchandise to customers on time
Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quantities and items match sales orders
Fulfill orders to meet customer requirements and shipment deadlines
Ensure all incoming products meet quality standards and match purchase orders
Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
Place and rotate stock, handle will-call pickups, and manage branch transfers
Maintain an efficient, accurate, and orderly warehouse
Maintain a safe working environment consistent with company standards
Support branch metrics
Perform additional duties as assigned
Essential Skills:
Experience operating a larger vehicle (non-CDL box truck)
Ability to drive, load, and unload a box truck
Experience in inventory management and production
General labor skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Forklift, cherry picker, or reach truck experience is a strong plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable with a strong work ethic
