What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the retail or mall location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols within the premises and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related issues.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, facility issues, or suspicious persons, to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or local authorities as required.
Assist visitors and tenants with directions and information about the location, offering assistance to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and the client's staff to support security-related operations and contribute to a welcoming environment at the retail or mall site.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
