As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a busy retail location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to emergency situations as needed, following site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter undesirable activity and promote a secure environment for customers and employees.
Monitor for potential security-related issues and report any concerns or unusual activities to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Assist with crowd management and access control within the retail environment.
Support Allied Universal management with additional security-related duties as assigned based on the needs of the location.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
