What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the well-being of people and property at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and support the protection of assets in a tech and media environment.
Maintain a strong presence on the property, observing and reporting any security-related concerns or irregularities.
Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters at the location.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
