What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order within the retail or mall environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a visible presence on the property to help to deter unauthorized behavior and provide reassurance to tenants, employees, and visitors.
Assist with access control and monitor entry points as directed by site-specific guidelines.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address concerns related to security-related matters.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
