As a Security Officer Patrol Driver - Retail in Denver, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will have the opportunity to help deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail location. You will remain highly visible, offering exceptional customer service and communication to all guests and team members. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible Allied Universal presence.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying authorization as required.
Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and/or management regarding security-related matters.
Document incidents, observations, and/or activities in detailed and accurate reports as required by site protocols.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
