As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. The hiring minimum and maximum range shown below is a subset of the total pay range. There is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.

Role Requirements
Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
Account Management: Aptitude to learn and understand the financial services industry. Includes account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
Administrative & Operational Support: Strong ability to work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamlining processes with updating SOPs and strategically execute on the branch business plan.
Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.
