What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document details as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Observe, report, and document any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or property damage encountered during patrols.
Assist visitors, employees, and vendors with security-related inquiries and site access in accordance with established protocols.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site supervisors regarding incidents or potential concerns at the location.
Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures and coordinating with local authorities and/or emergency services as directed.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
