Sr. Scrum Master - Project Delivery Specialist - Customer & Marketing

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
The scrum master will lead the agile delivery for prescription management and pharmacy-related technology initiatives within the Healthcare ecosystem. This role ensures effective collaboration between product, engineering, compliance and clinical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant digital solutions that enhance patient experience, prescription fulfillment and pharmacy operations.
Run agile scrum ceremonies for one or more native consumer mobile app scrum teams
Contribute to the program's adherence to our clients Delivery Lifecycle PM policy through appropriate and timely reporting, artifact creation, and successful project phase gate reviews
Know when to use different techniques appropriately: use cases/personas, requirements documents, storyboards/comps, user stories, story sizing, definition of done, scrum testing, unit testing, regression testing, UAT, and agile techniques quick facilitation of consensus
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to optimize scrum team velocity and assist the team in meeting sprint commitments
Collaborate with architects and other team members to understand implications of requirements and requests - usability, risks/issues, resource availability, test environment slotting, schedules, etc.
Clarify - and challenge if necessary - assumptions from business partners and articulate schedule and other consequences of change requests, resource constraints, etc.
Collaborate professionally and productively with a diverse group of business and IT partners and stakeholders
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
7+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master
7+ years of experience in delivering management and technology initiatives within the Healthcare ecosystem
7+ years of experience in effective collaboration between product, engineering, compliance and clinical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant digital solutions that enhance patient experience, prescription fulfillment and pharmacy operations
At least 4+ years working in the Healthcare Industry
Experience in delivering prescription management and pharmacy-related technology initiatives within the Healthcare ecosystem
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 102,750 -$ 171,250
