As a Security Officer - Unarmed Aero Patrol in Heath, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense environment. Your presence and attention will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct regular patrols and remain visible throughout the location. You will interact with individuals on site, provide excellent customer service, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $22.67 / Hour

Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Thur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any irregularities.

Work in environments and conditions that may vary based on the aerospace and defense nature of the location, adapting to site-specific requirements.

Maintain clear and professional communication with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding observed incidents and/or concerns.

Document and report any incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.

Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.

What We're Looking For:

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
