OVERVIEW:
The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations at the
Expeditionary Operations School Program (EOS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The OM dually serves as a Fieldcraft Instructor to accomplish the following objectives, duties, and responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with PWS, EOS Policy, and Company Operating Procedures to deliver satisfactory
Optimize productivity of Instructors throughout the lifecycle of course operations
Decrease and control costs by analyzing and monitoring program budgets to maintain or increase
Improve the service quality by facilitating professional development of Instructions
Ensure service quality by assisting the PM with oversight and management presence during course
Improve the efficiency by managing new instructors and facilitating their training to become qualified
Support and nurture customer relationships as a management point of contact (POC) to EOS Flight
Support the customer relationship as the alternative POC to the Contracting Office Representatives

OM DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervision and Coordination
Assist the PM in coordinating, managing, and monitoring the daily operations of the Team 7Dimension
Conduct peer review of PM's Performance Feedbacks
Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions
Oversee 30/90 Day and 2-Week work schedules of instructors during course lifecycle
Coordinate with Course Leads to schedule Instructor evaluations, weapons qualification, pyrotechnic
Manage new instructors throughout the new hire process until assigned to a Course Lead
Liaison for the PM to HQ for Seventh Dimension and the US Air Force
Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity
Adjudication consultant to the PM
Analyze program data and consolidate information for accurate monthly reports
Monitor fixed and variable expenses of vehicle fleet
Manage company inventory of employee issued gear and government furnished equipment
Perform support/logistics functions
Review and approve resumes for new instructors/Leads and participate in the interview process
Monitor and report compliance of EOS Program per the PWS and EOS Policy
Monitor and report performance of Instructors and Role Players
Design and implement policies and procedures as required
Review Course Level Feedback from EOS Students regarding Instructor performance
training, and all other training required by the PWS
FIELDCRAFT INSTRUCTOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be able to work on complex, combat problems in the field, assessing dynamic situations, conveying

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
Information technology skills
Operation of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc).
Strong computer usage and literacy skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Be physically capable of instructing/supporting students in field conditions that may include:
o low light
o smoke
o percussion
o small arms fire (live fire target range, blanks and dye marking cartridges)
o insects
o uneven terrain under all weather conditions for multiple consecutive days wearing load bearing
equipment (i.e., body armor, appropriate helmet, similar equipment to student requirements, etc.)
o And/or carrying training aids or equipment
o Be physically capable of lifting 50lbs unassisted and running 500 feet (not simultaneously)
