Administrative Coordinator - Construction Services

? Fort Worth, TX | $65-75k/yr. DOE

Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Administrative Coordinator to support our Construction Services Fort Worth (CSFW) team. This role provides administrative, accounting, and project coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for the Construction Services team.

Assist with project quotes, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.

Verify and organize invoices and job costs for accurate accounting.

Maintain data in Sage 100 and other business software.

Coordinate delivery logistics and maintain customer paperwork.

Communicate with clients, staff, and suppliers in English and Spanish.

Support compliance with safety and customer standards.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required.

Experience in commercial construction - required.

High school diploma or equivalent; business-related degree preferred.

Strong organizational and computer skills (Sage 100 experience a plus).

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Valid driver's license.
