Company Urgently Hiring Construction Materials Porter (Driver)!!

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Materials Porter to support daily operations on residential construction sites in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting, organizing, and staging materials to ensure smooth workflow for tradespeople and site supervisors.

Responsibilities

Safely load, unload, and distribute construction materials across job sites.

Maintain clean and organized staging areas.

Assist with inventory tracking and material counts.

Operate company vehicles to transport materials between locations.

Support trades teams with general labor tasks as needed.

Follow all safety protocols and site procedures.

Essential Skills

Valid Driver's License.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various conditions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous construction or labor experience preferred.

Experience staging materials and transporting material.

Experience driving a van/pickup truck.
