Our client, a leading provider of document imaging and information management services, is seeking a Warehouse - Night Shift to join their team. As a Warehouse - Night Shift, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: 7am -3:30pm or 3:30 pm to 12am

What's the Job?

Document Prep: Remove staples, clips, bindings; repair and sort pages before scanning.

Scanning: Operate production-grade scanners; set parameters per job and customer specs; digitize documents into accurate digital files.

Quality Assurance: Review scanned outputs for resolution, proper sizing, completeness; perform rescans as needed.

Maintenance: Clean and perform routine upkeep on scanning equipment to ensure image quality.

Indexing & Logging: Enter metadata or document numbers into MS Word, Excel, departmental systems for retrieval.

What's Needed?

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Preferably experience with high-volume or OCR/document imaging equipment; computer literacy essential.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move boxes of records up to ~35-50 lbs. regularly.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, teamwork and adaptability.
