Our client, a leading organization in workplace management, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Workplace team supporting the Portland location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to service excellence, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

Be a visible and accountable member of the Workplace team within the assigned location.

Ensure a high-quality, consistent workplace experience for colleagues and visitors at all times.

Understand and embody the organization's values, articulating how they apply to daily responsibilities.

Support the delivery of third-party services, ensuring they meet contractual commitments and recommending improvements where necessary.

Maintain and update the Workplace Guide, ensuring all services are accurately represented and accessible.

What's Needed?

Knowledge of facilities management processes and best practices.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Understanding of health and safety legislation relevant to workplace management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
