Description

Are you a highly organized professional with exceptional multitasking skills and a keen attention to detail? Robert Half is seeking an administrative assistant to join their local and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling, calendar management, and event planning.

Provide administrative support to teams and executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communication, including responding to emails and phone inquiries with professionalism.

Maintain organized records and filing systems for essential documents.

Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.

Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Positive and proactive attitude, with a team-oriented mindset.
