Security: Sentinel, Defender, Purview, Policy, RBAC, Key Vault, Conditional Access
Compute & App Hosting: Functions, App Services, Container Apps, Static Web Apps
Data & Storage: Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Storage Accounts
Monitoring & Governance: Log Analytics, Application Insights, Monitor Alerts, Blueprints
Ensure all infrastructure definitions are modular, reusable, version-controlled, and compliant with naming and tagging conventions.

CI/CD Pipeline Development-
Build and manage Azure DevOps YAML pipelines for automated application builds, testing, and deployments.
Integrate code scanning (SonarCloud), OWASP ZAP, and Selenium automated testing stages into CI/CD workflows.
Implement approvals, gates, and change control in compliance with FedRAMP requirements.
Automate environment provisioning and teardown for Dev, Test, Stage, and Production.
Manage secure artifact storage, versioning, and dependency management in Azure DevOps Artifacts.
Security & Compliance Integration-
Work with the Cybersecurity Architect and Security Engineer to implement Defender, Sentinel, and Purview monitoring within DevOps workflows.
Enforce Zero Trust principles through automation of RBAC, network segmentation, and Key Vault integration.
Support POA&M remediation automation and vulnerability fix deployment through pipelines.
Monitoring, Optimization, and Documentation-
Maintain observability across builds, releases, and infrastructure changes using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
Optimize pipeline performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
Create and maintain SOPs, IaC documentation, and architectural diagrams for all automated processes.
Required Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of hands-on experience as an Azure DevOps or Cloud Engineer.
Strong expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM) across the full Azure stack.
Deep experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, Repos, and Artifacts.
Proven ability to automate deployments for networking, compute, security, data, and monitoring services.
Familiarity with FedRAMP, HIPAA, and NIST 800-53 frameworks.
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Excellent troubleshooting and automation skills.
Preferred Qualifications / Certifications-
Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (strongly preferred).
Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Experience integrating SonarCloud, Selenium, and ZAP with CI/CD pipelines.
