Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain positive, progressive, and productive attitude toward plant targets and objectives regarding reliability, accountability, safety, integrity, quality, and productivity as a unified goal.

Oversee the set-up and operation of assigned team on 1st shift.

Make informed, intelligent decisions and improvise in the absence of instruction.

Ensure standard work, policies, and procedures are followed by all employees.

Provide troubleshooting assistance to maintenance, determine the cause of performance gaps using collaborative data knowledge and creative problem-solving skills.

Document/report all production, quality requirements and any performance gaps.

Maintain inventory control and transactions across manufacturing.

Ensure team leaders are effect and owning their production units.

Track employee timecards, punctuality, records and address all compliance issues.

Leadership Responsibilities

Ensure your team is compliant with all the organization's safety and performance policies.

Conduct periodic performance reviews on your team members according to the company's 6 core values.

Conduct applicable corrective actions, coaching sessions and encourage accountability.

Set and maintain standards of excellence for your team to follow.

Meet daily production goals for your team and recovery plans to meet monthly targets.

Conduct hiring interviews to build a high-performance team.

Drive continuous improvement for all processes, 5S adherence, and weekly production audits.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED.

4 + Years of manufacturing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Experienced in Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS.

Ability to handle difficult discussions with employees and able to find resolutions for all parties.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Knowledge and experience with reading electrical schematics and drawings systems like PD cloud.

Able to work OT when production demand requires it.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.

Lean manufacturing experience
