As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring access points, responding to alarm panels, and coordinating timely communication throughout the facility. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Monitor and coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications for the location, including calls, emails, and radio traffic, to support security-related operations.
Dispatch security-related personnel to designated areas within the manufacturing and industrial facility as needed based on incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance.
Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activity, security-related incidents, and communications for the location.
Work closely with on-site personnel and Allied Universal team members to relay critical information and coordinate responses to incidents or emergencies.
Follow site-specific security-related procedures, post orders, and protocols for the manufacturing and industrial environment.
Assist with customer service by providing clear information and directions to employees, visitors, and vendors entering the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing established communication protocols and Allied Universal procedures.
Support security-related patrol operations by tracking personnel locations and activities, and by providing timely updates or instructions as needed.
Assist in emergency response activities by contacting appropriate parties and providing accurate information to support Allied Universal and client protocols.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Experience with access control systems and/or badge procedures is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
