Physical Therapist- FlexStaff

FlexStaff is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our client's thriving clinic and elevate patient care to new heights!
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic injuries, post-operative needs, and geriatric concerns.
Develop personalized treatment plans focused on achieving patient goals and enhancing functional movement.
Utilize your expertise in manual therapy techniques such as soft-tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations, and other advanced approaches like IPA, Mckenzie, or Muscle Energy Techniques (MET).
Apply your knowledge of spinal mechanics, mobilizations, and pelvic dysfunction to restore optimal function.
Design customized therapeutic exercise programs tailored to each patient's unique injuries and goals.
Qualifications:
Experience or continuing education in manual therapy techniques and musculoskeletal pain management.
A passion for ongoing learning and professional growth-certifications are a plus but not required!
Strong diagnostic skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

-1 to 2 years' experience as a licensed PT
NYS PT License

The salary range for this position is $95,000-$110,000/year
