Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Victor, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will play a crucial part in supporting daily operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the office. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing assistance to clients and team members.

Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free.

Manage order processing and maintain accurate sales data records.

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Collaborate with team members to address and resolve administrative issues.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy access and retrieval.

Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and other office activities.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

Strong proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
