As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol in Chesterfield, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic retail and mall environment, helping to deter security-related incidents while creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. Your visible presence and commitment to outstanding customer service are essential as you interact with guests and respond to situations as needed. Wed06:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Thur06:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Fri06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

Sat06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

Sun06:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Assist with security-related activities such as monitoring entry and exit points within the retail and entertainment location.

Help to deter unwanted activities by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activities to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.

Support the enforcement of property rules and policies for guests, visitors, and/or staff.

Maintain a visible presence to help promote a welcoming environment for visitors and guests.

What We're Looking For:

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
