As an Export Shipment Process Lead, you will: Manage and optimize the global order-to-cash and international shipment process Ensure accurate and timely order entry, pricing, and documentation for export shipments Apply export compliance policies and regulations to all shipments Collaborate with internal teams and external freight forwarders Maintain and update ERP systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Support ERP system changes and participate in testing Serve as a subject matter expert for export shipment processes This is a full-time position. Ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree or higher 1-2 years of direct customer service or client-facing experience in international shipping Knowledge of Incoterms, freight forwarding, and global sourcing Experience working within a matrixed global organization Strong organizational and data reporting skills SAP experience preferred Pay rate: Based off experience *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work locations, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
