Amazon Worldwide (WW) Operations Finance Team is looking for an especially talented, customer service obsessed, resourceful and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support two busy Directors on the WW Ops Finance team.

This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. You will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining great flexibility. You will have a strong sense of ownership and action under pressure, be customer-service oriented and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. Having great organization skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice will ensure success. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office. If hired into Irving, TX, Executive Assistant will work PST.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings

Manage domestic and international travel

Manage procurement for the company and expenses in timely manner

Drive key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, supply ordering, etc.)

Drive and track completion of key deliverables; follow up on pending items and projects as needed

Organize, prioritize and manage time-sensitive, confidential information; ensure any action items are executed

Work closely with leadership team and other -

Executives Assistants to provide support to the organization:

Management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration

Project/program management: Support annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience

High school or equivalent diploma

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
