As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your primary duties include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
Monitor for unusual activity, reporting observations and incidents according to Allied Universal policies and site-specific requirements.
Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and visitors, assisting with directions and addressing inquiries as needed.
Support access control procedures by verifying identification and credentials where required.
Complete detailed reports and logs of all patrols, observations, and incidents during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
