Our Kelly Education Account Manager is accountable for:

Serving as the primary point of contact for client accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their staffing needs

Coordinating and managing the placement of educational staff for schools, districts, and other educational organizations

Working closely with recruiters to ensure the timely fulfillment of staffing requirements, ensuring client satisfaction

Proactively resolving any issues related to staffing or service delivery, ensuring that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded

Tracking, reporting, and analyzing account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within client accounts

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

2+ years of experience in education, sales, upscale customer service, recruiting, and/or HR

Proven experience in account management, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present solutions and interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders

Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Solid understanding of staffing and recruiting processes within the education sector, or a willingness to learn quickly and apply industry best practices preferred

Candidates must have the ability to sit on-site at the local district office daily and travel to client and community events as needed.
