What You Will Do:
Raytheon is conducting search for a motivated, self-directed Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager to support our ongoing compliance and risk reduction efforts at the Pelham, NH site. This site offers the EH&S Manager the opportunity to foster employee engagement and drive risk reduction and continuous improvement of the EH&S program in a fast-paced engineering environment.
As an EH&S Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Recognizing, evaluating and controlling hazardous workplace conditions.
Taking proactive steps to ensure the safety and health of site employees and influence safe behaviors.
Working with EH&S subject matter experts to assure compliance with applicable federal, state, local and company EH&S requirements.
Auditing and evaluating current policies, procedures and documentation to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Executing initiatives, programs, reports and training across multiple EH&S disciplines to achieve and maintain compliance.
Investigating analyzing and interpreting data from injuries and near-misses ensuring corrective actions are completed on time, and all necessary documentation is in place.
Interacting with employees of all levels, promoting relationships, learning the tasks employees perform and gaining recognition as a resource to the employees at the site. Building partnerships and influencing across assigned areas to provide actionable improvement programs.
This job is posted as ONSITE, and is based at Raytheon's Pelham, NH facility.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
Experience providing EH&S training on various subjects
Experience working with OSHA and/or EPA standards
Qualifications We Prefer:
Previous experience with Fall Protection
Previous experience with electrical safety and lockout/tagout
Previous experience with RF energy
Strong presentation skills
Project management and execution skills

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
