Job Purpose & Scope

Responsible for developing, managing and maintaining revenue generating investment and trust relationships.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of a broad range of personal financial planning/advisory and investment management/asset allocation concepts.

Knowledge of retail credit and traditional retail bank products for the affluent market.

Knowledge of regulatory issues and legal issues involving the day-to-day management of the Bank's fiduciary function necessary to its successful operation.

Knowledge of banking product and services.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including presentation skills.

Ability to demonstrate effective sales, interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Ability to lead in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to organize work effectively and follow through on work activities and deliverables timely.

Ability to establish, manage and maintain effective business relationships.

Ability to demonstrate effective organization, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, pre-law, finance, accounting, or commensurate work experience, required.

7+years of work experience in high-net-worth sales, or related business development experience in a financial, legal or nonprofit industry, required.

7+ years of work experience in self-sourcing investment management assets in a banking, broker-dealer or registered investment advisor related role, preferred.

Experience with Money Guide or other Financial Planning tools, preferred.

Professional designation (i.e., CTFA, CFP ® ), preferred.
