Kelly Services is searching for Warehouse Associates for an exciting opportunity in Belcamp, MD!

We're partnering with a respected company specializing in custom spice blends and seasoning mix production for food industry customers. This is a temp-to-hire position with strong potential for career growth at one of the region's top manufacturers.

Location: Belcamp, MD (near 4613 Mercedes Dr, 21017)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Rate: $20.00 per hour

What you'll be doing as a Food Production Associate:

Pouring heavy bags (up to 70lb) of spices and ingredients into large mixing machines according to custom formulas

Wearing provided protective masks or respirators to guard against airborne spices and powders

Working in a collaborative team to ensure accurate blending and packaging of products

Keeping your workspace clean and assisting with equipment upkeep

Completing basic logs and records for accountability and product traceability

Ideal candidates have:

Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments

Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 70lb bags throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Willingness to work in an environment where spices may be present in the air
